연방법인 FMLA (the Family and Medical Leave Act) 가 부분 개정되어 발효됨에 따라 새로운 포스터를 고지하여야 한다. FMLA 포스터 고지의무는 사기업에 있어서는 고용인이 50인 이상인 사업체에 국한된다.
